what drawing everday looks like

I’m Shivani Kohli.

Artist, illustrator, designer and someone who once sat at a desk in a corporate job, wondering if life had something more in store.

It did.

Fifteen years ago, I left my role at American Express and took the leap into the unknown. All I had was a sketchbook, a love for drawing, and the quiet but persistent belief that if I showed up for art every single day, it would show up for me. And it has, again and again.

Today, I run Artickle, my creative studio where I build illustrated worlds on walls, on paper, and for brands who want to tell stories that feel deeply human. I’ve worked with names like L’Oréal India, Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, Smoke House Deli, IIT Jodhpur, and the Embassy of Switzerland, turning spaces into experiences and branding into living, breathing stories.

But beyond the work and the walls, art for me is a daily ritual. It’s how I understand the world. It’s how I heal, connect, and stay curious.

What I Do

I turn ideas into stories—and stories into art.

My work lives at the intersection of design and emotion, where murals, illustration, and branding come together to create visual experiences that feel as good as they look. From hand-painted walls to illustrated packaging and thoughtful brand identities, I build each project with intention, warmth, and a deep love for the process.

This is more than design—it’s about making people feel something.
